Billing and Credits Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Introduction and Scope

This Billing and Credits Policy explains how billing, subscriptions, membership access, credits, extra credits, reward credits, usage limits, credit consumption, refunds, and related billing rules work for the websites, applications, tools, and services operated by YCELLO LTD ("we," "the Company," "SVNGU," or "us").

This Policy applies to SVNGU and all products and services operated under the SVNGU brand, including Singulabel, PolarPick, NovaPre, and other related online technical services.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Generated Output Disclaimer, and any other supplemental terms, policies, notices, or guidelines made available by YCELLO LTD.

Refund eligibility, refund exceptions, and cancellation rights are governed solely by the Refund and Cancellation Policy section of the Terms of Service. This Policy governs credit removal, credit adjustment, and related account procedures that follow an approved refund, but does not create independent refund rights beyond those set out in the Terms of Service, except where required by applicable law.

2. Key Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

"SVNGU Services" means all websites, applications, tools, products, features, and online technical services operated under the SVNGU brand.

"User," "you," or "your" means any individual, company, organization, seller, trader, manufacturer, compliance operator, or other legal entity that accesses or uses the SVNGU Services.

"Membership" means a time-based service access arrangement that determines which functions, service levels, and membership permissions are available to the user during the relevant membership period.

"Subscription" means a paid monthly, annual, 12-month, or other membership plan that provides access to certain SVNGU Services and a recurring usage allowance. Annual or 12-month plan names are commercial plan labels, and the applicable access period, credit cycle, renewal rules, and usage allowance are defined in this Policy and the relevant checkout or pricing page.

"Credits" means digital usage units used to access, generate, process, export, analyse, translate, or deliver outputs through SVNGU Services. Credits are technical processing units only. They do not represent cash, stored value, electronic money, legal compliance conclusions, certification, regulatory approval, or any guarantee of business outcome.

"Membership Credits" means credits made available under an active membership plan during the relevant 30-day usage cycle. Membership Credits are usage allowances attached to membership access and do not represent cash, stored value, electronic money, or a withdrawable balance.

"Extra Credits" means separately purchased standalone credits that are used after Membership Credits and Reward Credits, subject to this Policy.

"Reward Credits" means credits granted through referrals, invitations, campaigns, compensation, or other non-purchase activities.

"Result" or "Output" means a generated service result, including but not limited to a label result, compliance reference output, product analysis result, listing result, translation output, export result, or other generated output.

"Single-output task" means a basic task that produces one primary output unit or one limited processing result within a product workflow. Examples include one product-platform output unit in Singulabel, one analysis task in PolarPick, one listing generation or optimization task in NovaPre, or another single output or processing task made available by SVNGU.

"Batch generation" means a membership-level function that processes multiple items, multiple output units, multiple product-platform combinations, multiple analysis tasks, or multiple listing tasks in one workflow.

"Billing Cycle" means the applicable subscription or usage period for a plan. Unless otherwise stated, SVNGU membership usage allowances are calculated on a rolling 30-day cycle.

"Non-Membership Access" means the limited access available to users in NONE status (no active membership plan of any kind) or to users who hold only unused Extra Credits after all memberships have expired. Non-Membership Access does not apply to users with an active Free Trial. Non-Membership Access covers single-output tasks only. Non-Membership Access does not include batch generation, batch export, multi-platform batch processing, priority support, expert support, membership community access, early access to new features, or other membership-exclusive features.

"Membership Access" means the feature access available under an active Free Trial, Basic, Pro, or Ultra membership plan. Free Trial is a form of Membership Access and is not Non-Membership Access. Membership Access includes the membership-level permissions attached to the relevant plan, including batch generation.

"NONE" means "No Active Membership." It refers to a user account without an active membership plan, including any active paid membership plan or active free trial membership. Users in NONE status may access certain features available under Non-Membership Access where supported, but they are not entitled to Membership Access, batch generation, or membership-only benefits unless they activate an eligible membership plan.

3. Membership and Credits Are Separate

SVNGU uses two parallel systems: a membership system and a credit system.

Membership determines whether you have permission to use a function or service level.

Credits determine whether you have available usage units to perform a chargeable action.

Membership and credits are separate service elements. They can exist in the same account, but they are not legally equivalent and do not replace each other.

At any time, your ability to complete a service action requires all of the following conditions to be satisfied:

  • the relevant feature is available in the current version of the SVNGU Services;
  • your membership status allows access to the relevant feature, or the feature is expressly available under Non-Membership Access;
  • your account has sufficient valid credits that can be used for the requested action.

If any of these conditions is not satisfied, SVNGU can block, limit, reject, or suspend the relevant action. Such handling does not constitute a breach of service.

Credits shown in your account do not automatically unlock, upgrade, extend, or replace membership permissions.

4. Plans, Pricing, and Payment

SVNGU offers free trials, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, Extra Credit packs, and other paid features.

Current plan types, prices, included credits, usage limits, available features, renewal terms, and payment methods are displayed on the relevant pricing, checkout, product, or account pages.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Lemon Squeezy or other payment service providers. Depending on the checkout configuration, a third-party payment provider, reseller, or merchant of record may process the transaction, collect applicable taxes, issue receipts or invoices, and handle certain payment, refund, or subscription administration steps under its own terms.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the relevant payment provider to process payments for your selected plan, subscription, renewal, or credit purchase.

Prices are displayed in EUR, GBP, USD, or other supported currencies depending on your location, checkout provider, tax treatment, or plan configuration.

SVNGU can adjust plan prices, credit amounts, product access rights, and billing models from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, price changes do not affect fees already paid for the current billing period, but apply to renewals, upgrades, future purchases, or new subscriptions.

5. Current Membership Plans

As of the last updated date of this Policy, SVNGU offers the following membership plans.

(1) Free Trial

The Free Trial provides up to 10 credits for a 3-day evaluation period.

Free Trial users can access selected core features and can use single-output tasks and batch generation during the trial period, subject to available credits, product availability, account eligibility, and anti-abuse restrictions.

During the Free Trial period, batch generation is available to allow users to evaluate the full feature set. After the trial ends, continued access to batch generation depends on the user's active membership status, product permissions, and account eligibility.

Free Trial access can be limited, suspended, or withdrawn by SVNGU to prevent abuse, fraud, repeated registration, or misuse.

(2) Monthly Membership Plans

SVNGU offers the following monthly membership plans:

  • Basic Monthly;
  • Pro Monthly;
  • Ultra Monthly.

Monthly membership plans provide 30-day access and a 30-day Membership Credit allowance.

As of the last updated date of this Policy, the standard 30-day Membership Credit allowances are:

  • Basic Monthly: 90 credits per 30-day cycle;
  • Pro Monthly: 190 credits per 30-day cycle;
  • Ultra Monthly: 450 credits per 30-day cycle.

Unused Membership Credits from a 30-day cycle do not roll over to the next cycle.

(3) Annual / 12-Month Membership Plans

SVNGU offers the following annual or 12-month membership plans:

  • Basic Annual;
  • Pro Annual;
  • Ultra Annual.

Annual membership plans provide 12 membership months of access. For SVNGU membership purposes, each membership month is calculated as one 30-day usage cycle.

As of the last updated date of this Policy, the standard 30-day Membership Credit allowances for annual plans are:

  • Basic Annual: 90 credits per 30-day cycle;
  • Pro Annual: 190 credits per 30-day cycle;
  • Ultra Annual: 450 credits per 30-day cycle.

The annual total shown on the pricing page reflects the maximum credits available if all 12 rolling 30-day cycles are fully used:

  • Basic Annual: up to 1,080 credits per 12-month membership period;
  • Pro Annual: up to 2,280 credits per 12-month membership period;
  • Ultra Annual: up to 5,400 credits per 12-month membership period.

Annual or 12-month membership plans include up to twelve 30-day usage cycles. Membership permissions remain active for twelve consecutive 30-day periods. Membership Credits are released and calculated separately for each 30-day usage cycle. Unused Membership Credits from one 30-day usage cycle do not roll over to a later cycle.

6. Access Categories and Membership Features

SVNGU uses two access categories:

Single-output tasks are available under Non-Membership Access where supported, and also under Membership Access where the user's active plan permits them. Batch generation is a Membership Access feature and requires an active eligible membership, unless SVNGU expressly provides trial access or another exception.

As of the last updated date of this Policy, the general membership feature structure is:

¹ Limited single-output tasks where available; no batch generation, priority support, or membership-only features.
² Limited trial access to selected core AI tools during the 3-day trial period only.

Users without an active membership have Non-Membership Access only. Non-Membership Access allows limited single-output tasks where available, but it does not include batch generation, batch export, multi-platform batch processing, priority support, expert support, community access, early access to new features, or other membership-only permissions.

Extra Credits can be purchased only by users with an active membership or eligible Free Trial status. Users in NONE status cannot purchase new Extra Credits unless SVNGU expressly allows otherwise.

"Eligible" means that the account is logged in, not suspended or restricted, not subject to fraud or abuse controls, and permitted by the checkout provider and SVNGU systems to make the relevant purchase.

The latest feature access displayed on the pricing page, checkout page, product page, or in-product notice applies to the relevant transaction or use.

7. Membership Validity and Expiry

Membership is calculated on a continuous time basis, starting from the time the membership becomes effective and ending at the corresponding expiry time.

For consistency across countries and time zones, SVNGU calculates membership validity, expiry time, billing cycles, and credit cycles based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) or another system server time standard used by SVNGU systems.

For example, if a 30-day membership becomes effective on March 1 at 16:32 under the system time standard, it expires on March 31 at 16:32 under the same system time standard, subject to backend system records and applicable plan rules. For an annual or 12-month membership plan, the membership period consists of twelve consecutive 30-day membership cycles calculated from the activation time, unless otherwise stated on the relevant checkout or pricing page.

Because of time zones, system caching, browser display delays, and simplified front-end presentation, membership validity can be displayed as remaining days rather than exact hours and minutes. Such display is for reference only and does not redefine the actual membership period.

Whether membership benefits are valid is determined by the membership expiry time recorded in the SVNGU backend system.

When the membership expiry time is reached or exceeded, membership benefits expire immediately. The system automatically switches the account to NONE status and withdraws the corresponding membership permissions.

After membership expiry, the user no longer has the functions, permissions, support level, or membership-exclusive services attached to the expired membership.

If the user still has unused Extra Credits, such Extra Credits are not automatically invalidated solely because of membership expiry. However, the user can use such Extra Credits only within Non-Membership Access or within the feature permissions available to the user's current membership status or account status.

Membership validity, expiry determination, credit availability, and permission switching are executed automatically by the system and are not changed by front-end display differences or user operation paths.

8. Membership Credits

Membership Credits are usage allowances attached to an active membership plan.

Membership Credits are not cash, stored value, gift cards, electronic money, or withdrawable balances. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for money, or redeemed outside SVNGU Services.

Membership Credits are calculated dynamically based on your active plan, membership start date, membership expiry date, current 30-day cycle, and usage records.

Membership Credits are consumed first when you consume credits, before Reward Credits and Extra Credits.

Membership Credits are valid only during the relevant active membership period and the relevant 30-day cycle. If a membership expires, is cancelled, refunded, suspended, terminated, downgraded, or otherwise becomes invalid, unused Membership Credits from the current membership period or current 30-day cycle are cleared, disabled, or made unavailable.

When a user later starts a new membership, the new membership provides a new Membership Credit allowance according to the new plan and new cycle. Unused Membership Credits from a previous membership period do not accumulate, carry over, revive, or combine with credits from the new membership.

Unused Membership Credits from one 30-day cycle do not roll over to the next 30-day cycle.

During the current product development stage, SVNGU can, at its discretion, provide one-time transitional handling for unused Membership Credits in certain circumstances. Any such handling is a discretionary operational arrangement and does not constitute a permanent rule or an ongoing commitment that Membership Credits will be treated in the same manner in future versions.

9. Extra Credits

SVNGU offers Extra Credit packs as standalone credit purchases.

As of the last updated date of this Policy, SVNGU offers the following Extra Credit packs:

  • Small Pack: 150 credits;
  • Medium Pack: 320 credits;
  • Large Pack: 500 credits.

Extra Credits are separate from Membership Credits and can be stacked with an active membership.

Extra Credits do not by themselves grant membership access, membership permissions, priority support, or other membership-only features.

Extra Credits can be purchased only by users with an active membership or eligible Free Trial status, unless SVNGU expressly allows otherwise.

Users in NONE status cannot purchase new Extra Credits, but they can continue to use unused Extra Credits already in their account under Non-Membership Access only.

Non-Membership Access includes single-output tasks where available, such as one product-platform output unit in Singulabel, one analysis task in PolarPick, one listing generation or optimization task in NovaPre, or another single output or processing task made available by SVNGU.

Non-Membership Access does not include batch generation, batch export, multi-platform batch processing, priority support, expert support, or other membership-only permissions.

The ability to use Extra Credits depends on both available credits and feature permission. For example:

  • Non-Membership Access allows single-output tasks where available;
  • batch generation requires active Membership Access;
  • exports, analyses, translations, optimizations, or other chargeable actions require the relevant product access permission;
  • Extra Credits can pay for usage only when the account is otherwise permitted to use the relevant feature.

Unless otherwise stated, Extra Credits do not expire during normal platform operation. However, they become unavailable if your account is closed, terminated, suspended for abuse, refunded, or otherwise restricted under the Terms of Service.

During the current product development stage, SVNGU can, at its discretion, provide one-time transitional handling for unused Extra Credits in certain circumstances. Any such handling is a discretionary operational arrangement and does not constitute a permanent rule or an ongoing commitment that Extra Credits will be treated in the same manner in future versions.

10. Reward Credits

SVNGU grants Reward Credits through referral, invitation, campaign, compensation, or other non-purchase activities.

As of the last updated date of this Policy, the standard Reward Credit rules are:

  • Invitation-related reward: 2 credits per eligible invitation or invited reward event;
  • Invitation-related total cap: 8 credits per account.

The total Reward Credits obtainable through invitation-related activities, including both inviting others and being invited, is capped at 8 credits per account.

Reward Credits are subject to limits, expiry dates, eligibility rules, anti-abuse rules, and campaign-specific terms.

Where Reward Credits are linked to a Free Trial membership period, they expire when the associated Free Trial membership expires. Reward Credits that have expired cannot be restored, extended, or transferred.

SVNGU can limit, cancel, revoke, or adjust Reward Credits if they were obtained through fraud, abuse, repeated accounts, automation, manipulation, or violation of applicable campaign rules.

Reward Credits are consumed after Membership Credits and before Extra Credits.

During the current product development stage, SVNGU can, at its discretion, provide one-time transitional handling for unused Reward Credits in certain circumstances. Any such handling is a discretionary operational arrangement and does not constitute a permanent rule or an ongoing commitment that Reward Credits will be treated in the same manner in future versions.

11. Credit Consumption Order

When your account has multiple types of credits, the system consumes credits in the following order:

  • Membership Credits;
  • Reward Credits;
  • Extra Credits.

This order prioritizes credits with membership, campaign, or eligibility restrictions before using separately purchased Extra Credits.

If one credit type is insufficient to cover a task, the system automatically continues to the next available credit type in the order above. You do not need to perform any additional manual action for this automatic fallback.

If your total available credits are insufficient for a task, the task is blocked, rejected, or requires you to purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan.

12. Results, Outputs, and Standard Credit Cost

In SVNGU, "results" refers to the number of generated outputs, not the number of runs.

As of the last updated date of this Policy, the standard credit cost for the three current products is:

  • Singulabel — Product-platform output unit — 2 credits per unit;
  • PolarPick — Analysis task output — 2 credits per task;
  • NovaPre — Generation or optimization task output — 2 credits per task.

Different products use different charging units depending on the product workflow and the type of output generated.

If a product page, generation confirmation, checkout page, export confirmation, or in-product notice displays a more specific or updated credit rule, that specific rule applies to the relevant transaction or generation.

13. Product-Specific Credit Rules

(1) Singulabel

Singulabel generates compliance references, labels, declaration drafts, QR-linked declaration pages, multilingual label content, and related export files.

Singulabel is charged based on the number of products multiplied by the number of selected unpaid platforms in each export.

The general formula is:

Total cost = product count × selected unpaid platform count × 2 credits

For example:

  • exporting 1 product for 1 platform consumes 2 credits;
  • exporting 1 product for 3 platforms consumes 6 credits;
  • exporting 10 products for 3 platforms consumes 60 credits.

Where the system identifies that a product-platform combination has already been charged within the same export operation, duplicate charges within that operation are avoided.

This protection applies within a single export action only and does not apply across separate export requests, sessions, or tasks.

This duplicate-charge protection does not apply to new requests, changed product data, new platforms, new outputs, repeated tasks, or requests that the system treats as separate chargeable outputs.

(2) PolarPick

PolarPick generates product research, marketplace analysis, profitability estimates, product comparison, competition assessment, pricing reference, or sourcing decision support outputs.

As of the last updated date of this Policy, PolarPick is charged by analysis task output.

The general formula is:

Total cost = number of analysis tasks × 2 credits

For example, one standard PolarPick analysis task consumes 2 credits.

(3) NovaPre

NovaPre generates listing titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, translations, optimization suggestions, content analysis, or listing improvement outputs.

As of the last updated date of this Policy, NovaPre is charged by generation or optimization task output.

The general formula is:

Total cost = number of generation or optimization tasks × 2 credits

For example, one standard NovaPre generation or optimization task consumes 2 credits.

(4) Future Products

SVNGU can introduce new products, workflows, or features with different credit costs, charging units, or usage rules.

Where a new product or feature uses a different billing model, SVNGU will display additional product-specific billing notices or require users to review updated rules before use.

14. Credit Deduction Timing and Irreversibility

Credits are deducted when the relevant technical processing service has been successfully performed and a usable output has been generated, exported, analysed, translated, delivered, or otherwise made available to the user.

For batch tasks, credits are deducted based on the number of successfully processed and delivered outputs.

Credits are generally not deducted where a task fails before any usable output is generated or delivered, subject to the technical status recorded by the system.

If only part of a batch task is successfully processed and delivered, credits are deducted only for the successfully generated or delivered part.

Once credits have been deducted for a successfully performed service action, the deduction is irreversible and non-refundable.

User dissatisfaction, later non-use of the output, marketplace rejection, regulatory review failure, business judgment change, or disagreement with the generated result does not justify credit restoration, cancellation, or refund.

15. Failed, Incomplete, or Abnormal Generations

Credits are generally not deducted where a task fails before any usable output is generated or delivered, subject to the technical status recorded by the system.

Credits are deducted where the system successfully generates, processes, exports, analyses, translates, or delivers an output, even if you later decide not to use the result.

If credits are deducted because of a suspected technical error, duplicate charge, system malfunction, or abnormal billing event caused by SVNGU, SVNGU will review the issue and, where confirmed, restore credits, issue replacement credits, or otherwise correct the account record.

User-side errors, including incorrect input, wrong product data, wrong platform selection, repeated submission, misunderstanding of the workflow, or failure to review the confirmation page, still result in credit consumption if the system processes and delivers the requested output.

16. External Review and Uncontrollable Risks

SVNGU provides AI-assisted analysis, generated output, and technical processing services. SVNGU does not control third-party marketplaces, customs authorities, regulators, certification bodies, testing bodies, logistics providers, or other external review parties.

The following circumstances do not constitute a breach by SVNGU and do not create a refund right:

  • generated outputs are rejected by a third-party marketplace, e-commerce platform, channel platform, or service provider;
  • generated outputs, labels, declarations, listings, analyses, or documents do not pass customs inspection, market supervision, regulatory review, filing review, platform review, or compliance audit;
  • different countries, regions, platforms, authorities, or review time points apply different rules, standards, interpretations, or enforcement practices;
  • product information supplied by the user is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or unsuitable;
  • the user applies generated outputs to a product, market, platform, or business scenario for which they are not suitable.

Because such risks are external to SVNGU's technical processing service, they do not constitute service failure, breach of contract, or automatic refund grounds.

Where the user provides reasonable evidence showing that a material deviation in the generated output was caused by a significant delay in SVNGU's regulatory reference database or internal reference system, SVNGU can make a discretionary credit adjustment to help the user adjust or regenerate the relevant output without assuming any refund obligation.

Such credit adjustment is discretionary goodwill support only. It does not constitute a refund promise, compensation obligation, quality warranty, or automatic user right.

17. User Mistakes, Misunderstanding, and Grace Handling

The following circumstances do not constitute refund grounds:

  • mistaken operation;
  • repeated order or repeated purchase;
  • wrong plan selection;
  • misunderstanding of membership type, credit rules, feature permissions, usage method, or generated output;
  • business judgment error;
  • internal management issue;
  • failure to review the pricing page, checkout page, confirmation page, or in-product notice before purchase or generation.

For a first-time issue, SVNGU can provide a one-time goodwill handling option if all of the following conditions are met:

  • the user contacts SVNGU within 24 hours after payment completion;
  • no credits have been consumed;
  • no generation, export, analysis, translation, download, or other technical service action has been performed;
  • the relevant payment or subscription is technically eligible for adjustment.

The goodwill handling option can include plan change, credit adjustment, or other reasonable support arrangement.

This is a discretionary goodwill mechanism only. It does not constitute a refund promise, compensation obligation, or automatic user right.

This 24-hour grace handling window is separate from and does not extend the general refund request period described in Section 22.

18. Membership Purchase, Upgrade, and Extra Credit Purchase Rules

(1) General Rules

Membership can be upgraded to a higher-level plan, but users cannot purchase the same or a lower-level membership while an active membership is still valid.

For example, a Basic user can upgrade to Pro or Ultra, but cannot purchase another Basic plan during the same active membership period.

Membership permissions are determined by the current effective membership. Membership permissions do not stack, accumulate, or apply retroactively.

Extra Credits can be purchased only by users with an active membership or eligible Free Trial status, unless SVNGU expressly allows otherwise.

(2) NONE Users

A NONE user can purchase or activate a Free Trial, Basic, Pro, or Ultra membership where available.

A NONE user cannot purchase new Extra Credits unless SVNGU expressly allows otherwise.

A NONE user who already has unused Extra Credits in the account can continue to use such Extra Credits under Non-Membership Access only, subject to product availability, account status, and system validation.

(3) Free Trial Users

An active Free Trial user can purchase or upgrade to a paid membership plan.

An active Free Trial user can purchase Extra Credits if eligible and permitted by SVNGU systems.

If the user has already claimed the Free Trial or reached the applicable free reward limit, the user cannot claim the Free Trial or related free rewards again.

(4) Basic Users

An active Basic user can upgrade to Pro or Ultra.

An active Basic user cannot purchase another Free Trial or another Basic plan during the active membership period.

An active Basic user can purchase Extra Credits.

(5) Pro Users

An active Pro user can upgrade to Ultra where available.

An active Pro user cannot purchase a Free Trial, Basic, or another Pro plan during the active membership period.

An active Pro user can purchase Extra Credits.

(6) Ultra Users

An active Ultra user cannot purchase a Free Trial, Basic, Pro, or another Ultra plan during the active membership period.

An active Ultra user can purchase Extra Credits.

19. Membership Upgrade, Expiry, and Permission Switching

When a user upgrades to a higher-level membership during an active membership period, the new membership level and corresponding permissions take effect immediately after payment confirmation and system activation.

After upgrade, the new membership period is recalculated from the upgrade activation time. The remaining time of the previous membership is not retained, stacked, converted, discounted, refunded, or carried forward unless required by applicable law.

After upgrade, available feature permissions, Membership Credit allowance, and usage rules are determined by the upgraded membership level.

When the membership expiry time is reached or exceeded, the system automatically determines that membership benefits have expired and immediately:

  • withdraws the corresponding membership permissions;
  • clears, disables, or makes unavailable unused Membership Credits from the expired membership period or expired 30-day cycle;
  • restricts or expires Reward Credits where applicable under campaign or reward rules;
  • switches the account to NONE status.

After membership expiry, unused Extra Credits are not automatically invalidated solely because of membership expiry. However, their actual use remains subject to current account status, Non-Membership Access, available features, membership permissions, and system validation.

Membership upgrade, expiry, credit clearing, credit freezing, credit invalidation, and permission switching are executed automatically by SVNGU systems. They are not changed by user operation paths, front-end display differences, or manual interpretation.

If network delay, cache delay, or page display differences cause inconsistency between user perception and actual account status, the final server-side account record and system determination prevails.

Users can contact SVNGU to request verification of membership or credit status. SVNGU reviews and explains based on system records.

20. Cancellation, Expiry, and Non-Rollover

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund fees already paid or services already delivered.

After cancellation, membership access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated by the payment provider or SVNGU.

Unused Membership Credits do not roll over to the next 30-day cycle.

Unused Membership Credits are cleared, disabled, or made unavailable when the membership period expires, is cancelled, refunded, suspended, terminated, or otherwise becomes invalid.

Extra Credits generally remain available after membership expiry, unless your account is closed, terminated, suspended for abuse, refunded, or otherwise restricted under the Terms of Service.

Reward Credits expire according to the relevant activity, campaign, referral, or promotional rule.

21. Refund-Related Credit Handling

Refund eligibility, refund exceptions, and cancellation rights are governed primarily by the Refund and Cancellation Policy section of the Terms of Service.

Because SVNGU Services are online technical services that are delivered immediately after purchase, activation, account access, credit allocation, or feature use, payments are generally non-refundable unless an exception applies under the Terms of Service, applicable law, or a separately announced refund rule.

Credits that have already been used, consumed, processed, generated, exported, analysed, translated, downloaded, delivered, or otherwise applied to a service request are not refundable.

If a refund is approved, SVNGU removes, disables, deducts, or invalidates the corresponding membership access, Membership Credits, Reward Credits, Extra Credits, generated outputs, plan permissions, or paid service rights associated with the refunded purchase.

Unused credits associated with a refunded purchase are removed or adjusted as part of the refund process.

If a chargeback, payment dispute, refund abuse, or suspected fraud occurs, SVNGU can suspend or restrict the relevant account and adjust associated credits or permissions.

22. Refund Application and Processing Period

Unless a longer period is required by applicable law or a separate written rule issued by SVNGU, refund or goodwill handling requests should be submitted within 7 calendar days after payment completion.

SVNGU reviews refund or goodwill handling requests within 15 business days after receiving sufficient information from the user.

If a refund is approved, the refund is returned through the original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on the third-party payment provider, card network, bank, or checkout provider.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

23. Credit Balance, Account Records, and Corrections

Credit balances, membership cycle usage, Reward Credit balances, Extra Credit balances, consumption logs, and billing records are calculated and maintained by SVNGU systems.

In the event of a technical error, display delay, synchronization issue, payment provider delay, webhook delay, duplicate order, abnormal consumption record, or system inconsistency, SVNGU can review and correct account records.

The credit balance shown in your account can fail to update instantly in some circumstances. Where there is a delay, the final backend account record and transaction history determine your available credits and consumption history.

24. Abuse, Misuse, and Account Restrictions

You must not misuse credits, subscriptions, trials, promotions, referral rewards, checkout flows, refund mechanisms, or system functions.

Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

  • creating repeated accounts to obtain trial or reward credits;
  • manipulating referral or invitation rewards;
  • attempting to bypass payment or credit consumption rules;
  • abusing refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes;
  • using automation, scripts, scraping, or unauthorized tools to consume or exploit credits;
  • reselling access, credits, or generated outputs in violation of the Terms of Service;
  • using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purposes.

If SVNGU determines that abuse, fraud, manipulation, or misuse has occurred, SVNGU can suspend the account, revoke credits, cancel rewards, restrict access, reject future purchases, or terminate the account.

25. Legal Nature and Risk Allocation

Membership is a time-based service permission arrangement that defines the functions, service level, and access rights available to the user during a specific period.

Credits are digital technical processing units used to record and settle actual service usage when the user has the required permissions.

Membership and credits are separate service elements. They can coexist within the same account, but they do not constitute legal equivalents, cash equivalents, or substitutes for each other.

The user confirms and understands that:

  • membership status determines whether the user is eligible to use a feature;
  • credit status determines whether the user has sufficient usage units to perform a chargeable action;
  • a concrete service action requires both valid feature permission and sufficient usable credits;
  • credits do not guarantee compliance results, marketplace approval, regulatory acceptance, commercial success, ranking improvement, sales conversion, or profit.

Where a feature is unavailable, the user lacks required membership access, or the user has insufficient valid credits, SVNGU can suspend, restrict, or refuse the relevant service action. Such handling does not constitute a breach by SVNGU.

26. Interpretation, Changes, and Updates

SVNGU can update this Billing and Credits Policy from time to time to reflect changes in plans, pricing, credits, product features, billing models, payment providers, technical systems, or business operations.

The updated version will be published on our website with a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
